Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bullseye ("the App"), operated by EchoDigitalConsulting ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using Bullseye, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By accessing or using Bullseye, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bullseye on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

Bullseye does not require or offer account creation, and does not use Sign in with Apple. You may optionally connect Game Center for leaderboards and achievements — that identity is managed entirely by Apple, not by us. Your match, practice, and coaching data lives on your device and in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access.

Bullseye, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by EchoDigitalConsulting and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the App are the property of EchoDigitalConsulting or their respective owners.

Bullseye offers optional Bullseye Pro, which unlocks additional coaching depth, advanced statistics, and extended history. Core gameplay — every game mode, phone-camera scoring, core statistics and weakness insight, and streaks/challenges — is always free and is never gated behind a purchase.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency through the App Store at time of purchase.
• Prices may change with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before renewal at a new price, per Apple's standard practice.

• Bullseye Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and separately as a one-time lifetime unlock (a non-renewing, non-consumable purchase).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings — we have no ability to do this on your behalf, and we never see your payment details.

• All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's own support channel: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We do not process refunds directly.

• If a renewal payment fails, Apple may grant a grace period during which Bullseye Pro access continues while the payment issue is resolved. The App will show you an honest, non-alarming notice during this period.
• If your subscription ultimately lapses, Bullseye Pro features re-lock, but none of your underlying data (history, past sessions, past statistics) is ever deleted — it is only re-gated, and returns immediately if you resubscribe.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bullseye at any time, with or without cause, for violation of these Terms or conduct we determine is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using Bullseye at any time by deleting the App.

BULLSEYE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that camera- or voice-based scoring will always be accurate — Bullseye's camera scoring is designed to ask you to confirm uncertain reads rather than silently guess, but no automated scoring system is perfect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECHODIGITALCONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF BULLSEYE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR BULLSEYE PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, note it within the App. Continued use of Bullseye after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
